Ideally located with easy access via Grieve Parade to the Westgate Freeway and the Princess Hwy, this island industrial site is bound by four feeder roads. The brief was to initially build a 1,600 sq m factory, but with a rapidly expanding business, it was necessary to develop a master plan so as not to compromise future development.  The Master Plan allow for a maximum four factories each capable expansion to 3,200 sq m.  Located centrally on the site was a large building yard where excavating equipment and materials could be screened from the street.  Allowance was made for the future articulation of services and for car parking provision for the fully developed site.
